Beef Degustation Dinners

Join us for a unique opportunity to experience a beef degustation dinner series with some of Australia's premier producers at Port Melbourne’s famous steak pub, The Railway Club Hotel.

In partnership with Flinders & Co and H.W Greenhams & Sons, this one-of-a-kind dinner series will bring premium cuts to your plate, alongside rare and delicious wagyu with the producers in attendance to talk through their farming philosophies.

Our first event begins with a showcase of textures and flavour profiles from grass to grain-fed, before our second event revives some long-forgotten or underused cuts, and we finish with a unique array of both Japanese and Australian wagyu. All events will feature tasting flights of beef to compare and contrast throughout the evening, as well as curated canapés, entreés, sides and petit fours to finish.

All events in the series include matched, hand-selected wines and by our in-house wine team designed to perfectly complement the experience.
